Bella's Elite Cleaning uses Eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, and your pets. We also use professional-grade equipment to ensure the best results.
Our cleaning services include making or remaking beds. However, if you would like us to change the bed sheets, please ensure the new/clean sheets are readily available in the same room. Our cleaners cannot wait for sheets that are being washed or dried, nor can they search through closets or storage areas, as this would interfere with their scheduled appointments throughout the day.
You're welcome to stay during the cleaning service, but we understand if you'd prefer to step out and make the most of your free time. We don't expect you to be present for the entire duration. You have several convenient options if you won't be home - you can leave hidden keys, provide a code, place keys in a lock box, have friends/family let the cleaners in, or get front desk authorization if you live in a high-rise. Upon completing the job, we'll ensure all lights are turned off and doors are locked behind us.
Ensuring our clients' satisfaction is our top priority. Our team of cleaners undergoes intensive training to deliver exceptional service on every job. However, if you are dissatisfied with our work, you must notify us within 12 hours of service completion. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue, and we will promptly investigate. Our team will gather more information from the cleaners assigned to your appointment. We will handle the situation as professionally as possible. After reviewing the evidence, management will determine the validity of your claim. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Bella's Elite Cleaning is a pet-friendly company. We recognize that pets are cherished members of the family. During our cleaning services, we kindly request that you keep your pets away from the areas where our cleaners are working. This allows our team to work productively and efficiently. We understand that some pets are highly sensitive to loud noises, such as the sound of a vacuum, which can startle or distress them. By separating the pets from the cleaning areas, we can ensure the comfort and safety of both your furry family members and our cleaning staff.
We understand that unexpected events may require you to reschedule, skip, or cancel your appointment. To allow us to coordinate with our cleaning staff, please provide 24 hours' notice for any such changes.
